No experience necessary! In this Pilates mat class, we will increase your mind/body awareness, core strength, endurance, stability, and flexibility. Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat, a yoga block, and a yoga blanket to sit on if you have tight hamstrings. Beginner to Advanced welcome!
